摘  要:大豆油经环氧化制成环氧大豆油(ESO),将ESO和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为原料,经开环反应,合成植物油基含磷阻燃增塑剂DOPO-ESO。并通过傅里叶变换红外谱图和核磁共振氢谱确认了其结构,以热重分析和氧指数测定仪分析了其热失重行为、阻燃性能。研究了DOPO-ESO用量对PVC体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,当其用量为40%时,PVC体系具有良好的力学性能,增塑效果与ESO相当;而极限氧指数从22.3%上升到了37.3%,说明该产物可有效地改善PVC增塑体系的阻燃性。The vegetable oil-based flame retardant plasticizers DOPO-ESO was synthesized by ESO got by soybean oil epoxidation and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) as raw material through ring-opening reaction. The structure was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum , thermo- gravimetric behavior and flame retardant properties were analyzed by thermal gravimetric analysis and oxygen index tester. The dosage of DOPO-ESO was studied on the mechanics performance of PVC systems. The results show that when the amount of DOPO-ESO reach 40%, PVC system has remarkable mechanical properties, and the effect of plasticizing is similar to ESO. While the limiting oxygen index rise from 22.3% to 37.3%, indicating that the product is effective to improve the flame retardancy to PVC plastisol system.
