高科技企业提升技术知识共享与扩散水平的系统对策——从生态学的视角

摘　　要：从生态学的视角阐述技术知识共享与扩散的内涵;从技术知识共享与扩散过程出发,提出影响技术知识共享与扩散的四大因素:对技术知识共享与扩散的投入程度、共享意愿、学习能力、共享与扩散的渠道,针对这四大因素建立系统动力学基模,进行反馈分析,揭示各因素对技术知识共享与扩散的影响,找出阻碍技术知识共享与扩散的反馈环;在此基础上,借鉴生态学原理提出改善反馈关系的对策,以达到提升技术知识共享与扩散水平的目的。From the perspective of ecology,this paper expounds the meaning of technical knowledge sharing and diffusion, puts forward four factors which influence the technical knowledge sharing and diffusion：the investment degree for technical knowledge sharing and diffusion,sharing willing,learning ability,channels of sharing and diffusion,establishes fundamen-tal system dynamics models based on the four factors,tries to analyze feedback loops,reveals the impact of various factors on the technical knowledge sharing and diffusion,and finds out the feedback loops which restrict technical knowledge sha-ring and diffusion.Then based on ecological principles,the article puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve feed-back relationship,in order to improve the level of technical knowledge sharing and diffusion.
