构建独具海西特色的福建省独立学院外语人才培养研究

摘　　要：结合我国现行的外语人才培养目标与要求,针对海西建设发展战略对多样化、复合型、高素质的应用型外语人才的需求现状,剖析了目前福建省独立院校外语人才培养模式转变的必要性和转变要素,从人才知识结构的合理配置、实现人才培养模式的制度保障、人才培养模式的评估与提高等3个方面对构建独具海西特色的福建省独立院校外语人才培养提出建议。The current models of cultivating foreign languages talents in the independent colleges in Fujian Province are set to be the research object in this paper. Based on analyzing the new aims and requirements of foreign languages talents cultivation in China, and taking into consideration the cross-strait strategy calls for diverse, integrated, and highly qualified practical foreign languages talents, this paper mainly discusses the necessity and the elements of reforming the cultivation model in these independent colleges, and further proposes ways to construct new models from three levels, that is, the rational integration of knowledge structure of the talents, the system guarantee of realizing the cultivation models, and the assessment and promotion of the models.
