摘 要:目的探讨专科层次《护理研究》课程的教学内容及组织形式。方法按照行动研究法的计划、行动、观察及反思4个步骤设计专科层次的《护理研究》课程并实施教学和课程评价。在实践教学中引入了工作坊的新型教学模式,体现了护理科研实践性强的特点。结果护生对课程整体设计的满意率为83.3%,护生对工作坊教学组织形式满意度87.5%,课程结束后,对科研感兴趣的护生显著增多(P<0.05);开放性问题结果分析显示护生对课程设计满意主要表现为3个主题:1工作坊的教学形式好;2理论与实践结合得好;3考试的形式新颖。结论专科层次的《护理研究》课程设计满意度高,工作坊教学模式增加了课程的新颖性、实用性以及趣味性,在一定程度上提升了护生的科研兴趣和教学质量。Objective To explore teaching contents and teaching methods for the course of Nursing Research for college-level nursing students. Methods The course of Nursing Research for college-level students was designed based on the action research methodolo- gy: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Then workshop was employed in the course for teaching. Results About 83.3% nursing students were satisfied with the course and 87.5 % of them held positive attitudes toward workshop teaching. After stud- ying the course, more students were interested in scientific research(P〈0.05). Students' satisfaction with the course could be con- cluded into 3 themes: wonderful workshop teaching mode; good combination of theory and practice; novel examination form. Con- clusion Nursing students are satisfied with the course of Nursing Research designed for college-level students. Application of work- shop to teaching the course increases the novelty, practicability, and interestingness, thus improves teaching effect and nursing students' interest in scientific research.
