摘 要:钐153是最常见的医用放射性同位素之一,因其具有治疗和显像的双重优势而被广泛应用于临床和科学研究。钐153发射的β射线具有射程短、能量高、射程外能量迅速衰减等特性,适用于恶性肿瘤及其他疾病的临床内照射治疗;其发射的γ射线能量适中,适合γ闪烁装置采集成像,同时,与多种化合物偶联后可进行不同功能的核素显像,适用于医学诊断和实验研究。对近期放射性核素钐153的相关医学文献进行简要综述,并探讨其潜在的临床应用价值。Samarium 153 is one of the most common medical radioisotopes. Due to its advantages in treatment and imaging, Samarium 153 is widely used in clinic and scientific research. The beta ray emitted by Samarium 153 has features of short range, high energy and rapidly decayed energy out of range, and is suitable for clinical internal irradiation therapy of malignant tumor and other diseases. The energy of gamma ray emitted by Samarium 153 is moderate and is suitable for gamma scintillation acquisition imaging. Meanwhile, after coupling a variety of compounds, different functions of radionuclide imaging can be used in clinical diagnoses and research. In this article, we reviewed the recent relevant medical literatures of radionuclide Samarium 153, and discussed its potential clinical value.
