开展品管圈活动，提高产科护理风险管理

摘　　要：目的探讨开展品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用和临床效果。方法通过护理部对产科护理缺陷资料和质量检查反馈、患者反馈等存在的风险问题的分析。开展六个月品管囤活动，根据分类主要建立孕产妇护理、新生儿护理、产后康复教育3个品管囤小组，持续开展相关质量改进。结束后，分别比较开展品管圈活动前后的效果。结果实施后孕产妇护理满意度和产后康复知识掌握率明显高于实施前，新生儿护理缺陷的发生率明显下降。差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论将品管固活动运用在产科护理风险管理中，可降低产科护理缺陷的发生率。Objective Investigation of the application and clinical effects of QCC in nursing risk management in obstetrics. Methods Through the analysis of the obstetric nursing defect data and the existing risk factors such as quality-control feedback, patient feedback by the nursing department, a six months of QCC was carried out. To continued improve service quality, three QCC teams （maternal care, neonatal care, postpartum rehabilitation education） were set up. The effects before and after QCC were compared and analyzed. Results After the implementation of QCC, patients＇ satisfaction and the knowledge about postnatal rehabilitation was significantly improved, meanwhile, with a dramatic decline of the incidence rate of neonatal nursing defects. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of QCC in nursing risk management in obstetrics would decrease the incidence rate of obstetric nursing defects.
