晚期胰腺癌长期生存患者20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:晚期胰腺癌患者罕见长期生存,文章通过对胰腺癌长期带瘤生存患者分析,探索胰腺癌的最佳中西医结合治疗。方法:对复旦大学附属肿瘤医院在2002年1月-2007年12月6年期间收治病理确诊的生存超过3年胰腺癌患者进行回顾性研究。结果:20例生存超过3年晚期胰腺癌患者均带瘤生存,其中13例超过5年,最长生存169个月;所有患者,均采用中西医结合治疗,其中采用中医清热化湿为主治疗者疗效明显较优。结论:在晚期胰腺癌患者治疗中,清热化湿法对胰腺癌患者长期带瘤生存发挥了重要作用,其机制有待进一步研究。Objective： The long survival of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer is rarely seen. This paper explored the best combination treatment by traditional Chinese and western medicine for pancreatic cancer based on an analysis of 20 cases of pancreatic cancer patients with long-term survival with tumor. Methods： A retrospective study on advanced pancreatic cancer patients with pathological diagnosis admitted from January 2002 to December 2007 in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. Results： 20 cases survive more than 3 years （13 cases survive more than 5 years, the longest survival time is 169 months） after integrative treatment. Patients who took Qingyi Huaji Formula based on the main principle which clear heat and dampness have more long survival. Conclusion： Qingyi Huaji Formula, as one of the representatives of Chinese medicine treatment for pancreatic cancer, has played an important role in treating those long survivals with advanced pancreatic cancer, and its mechanism needs further studies.
