摘　　要：以新时期图书馆新空间的营造、新技术与新服务的应用带给读者的新体验入手展开论述,指出图书馆员应优化服务方式,以人性化的服务理念和多元化、个性化的服务方式,为读者和用户提供更优质的服务。Library to create a new space for the new era, new technologies and new services, applications, bringing the reader to start a new experience to start discussion, pointed out that librarians should optimize service delivery, service to humanity and diversity of ideas, personalized services, to provide readers and users to provide better service.
