摘　　要：Living Library是近年来逐步兴起的图书馆创新服务,如何将Living Library理念深层次融入图书馆服务过程成为研究者关注的焦点。随着用户体验经济的兴起,围绕用户需求开展服务设计成为改进服务质量的有效方式。在此对服务设计理论和实用工具进行介绍,并重点对基于Living Library开展服务设计策略进行研究。Living Library has become the focus as a mode of service innovation in recent years. service design has become the effective way to improve the quality of service. The paper introduces the service design theory and practical tools,and focuses on the design strategy of Living Library.
