摘　　要：MMP-9是MMPs家族中的重要成员,是细胞外基质降解的生理性调节因子。其广泛参与人体的各种病理生理过程,在肿瘤的侵袭和转移中发挥着重要的作用。本文将对MMP-9的结构、生物学功能及其与疾病的关系做一综述。MMP-9 is an important member of matrixmetalloproteinases family. It is a physiological regulator of extracellular matrix degradation. Its broad participation in the the various pathophysiological process of the human body,plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis. The present review focused on the structure,biological function of MMP- 9 and its relationship with disease.
