摘　　要：增稠剂是目前开采油藏用到的主要添加剂。随着全国多数大中型油田步入中后期，在采油过程中对增稠剂的需求量目益高涨，对增稠剂性能的要求日益增大。在对以开发新型瓜尔胶为主要任务的某新建石化企业进行充分调研的基础上，分别利用EFE外部环境矩阵和IFE内部条件矩阵对该企业发展市场的外部环境和内部条件进行科学的定量分析，并且利用SWOT组合分析模式对其进行合理的定性分析。通过综合分析，从市场需求、市场供应、消费结构、商品经济寿命周期、新技术发展趋势和企业经济效益等多方面对该企业的发展前景做出预测，以期对其发展提供一定的指导意义。With the exhausting of majority of the oil field in medium or large size, the demand for thickener which is the main additive in the exploitation of oil reservoir is increasing, thus the thickener performance is demanding. Based on the survey on a newly established petrochemical enterprise which mainly targets the new type of guar gum, quantitative analysis has been made scientifically on both the inside and outside condition of the enterprise prospect,, by means of the EFE and IFE; then qualitatively analyzed by using SWOT. According to the above mentioned, the prospect of the enterprise has been forecasted on the aspects of market demand and supply, consumption pattern, the life-cycle of commodity, and the tendency of innovative technologies, and so on; to provide reference value for the enterprise development
