摘　　要：水路运输是我国比较古老的运输方式．在现代化的社会中船厂只有不断更新自身的船厂设备管理才能更好的与时代相适应，对新型船厂设备的管理要采用制度化、分类化、系统化、自动化以及区域化的集成管理方式进行管理，本文主要从这些方面进行探讨，希望能对新船厂的设备管理有所帮助。waterway transsportation is our country ancient mode of transport, in die modern society shipyard only update management to better shipyard equipment itself and adapts to the times, integrated management on new shipyard equipment management to the system, classification, systematization, automation and regional management. This paper mainly carries on the discussion from the aspects of equip- ment management, hoping to help the new shipyard.
