摘　　要：目的 观察外伤性虹膜根部离断患者,应用26G针头引导单直针间断缝合法治疗的临床效果.方法 对2011年3月至2013年3月在安阳市眼科医院就诊的20例（20只眼）虹膜根部离断患者,采用26G针头引导单直针间断缝合法进行修复,观察其瞳孔、视力及眼前节炎症反应.结果 所有病例均获良好修复,术后瞳孔完全恢复圆形16例,近圆形4例;双瞳孔及复视消失,视力有不同程度提高.结论 对外伤性虹膜根部离断患者采用26G针头引导单直针间断缝合法进行修复,可有效地恢复瞳孔,提高视功能,且方法简单、并发症少.Objective To observe the skills and effects of discontinuous suture with 26G needles drawing into straight needle on traumatic iridodiastasis.Methods Twenty cases （20 eyes） with traumatic iridodiastasis underwent this operation.Irisreset,pupil shape,visual acuity,inflammatory response and soon were observed.Results All the cases were cured with good recovery,perfect round pupil 16 cases,near round pupil 4 cases.Double pupil and diplopia were dismissed,and visual function improved in different extent.Conclusions Continuous suture with 26G needles drawing into straight needle on iridodiastasis is an easy and safe operation with recovered pupil and improved visual function.
