摘  要:以"天正粉秀"番茄为试材,对其种子和幼苗进行不同浓度的短小芽孢杆菌NMCC46菌株发酵液浸种、灌根或叶面喷施处理,研究了种子的萌发率、根和芽的长度以及幼苗的株高和株重的生长情况。结果表明:短小芽孢杆菌发酵液对番茄种子萌发、根芽生长及幼苗的株高和株重具有明显的促进作用,其中以50倍稀释液的效果最为显著,而在幼苗施用方式上叶面喷施的效果明显优于灌根和浸种。该研究为该短小芽孢杆菌的进一步应用奠定了良好的基础。Taking ‘Tianzheng Fenxiu’ tomato as material, seed germination rate, length of bud and root, and height and weight of seedling of tomato were investigated and analyzed after the seeds were soaked,roots were irrigated or seedlings were sprayed with different concentrations of Bacillus purnilus zymotic fluid. The results showed that Bacillus pumilus zymotic fluid had obvious promoting affection on the seed germination,length of bud and root,and height and weight of seedling. The promoting affection of 50 times diluted zymotic fluid was the most significant. And in seedling application, method of foliar spraying on leaves was obviously superior to methods of seed soaking and root irrigation. The results provide a good foundation for further application of Bacillus pumilus.
