摘 要:目的:对黔产葎草鲜品和干品雄花、雌花挥发性化学成分进行分析与比较。方法:采用固相微萃取技术提取样品挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油进行分析鉴定,以峰面积归一化法计算各组分的质量分数。结果:在葎草鲜品雄花、雌花和干品雄花、雌花中分别鉴定出55、41、51、32个组分,分别占挥发油总峰面积的96.432%、97.034%、95.193%和68.896%。其中,鲜品与干品中质量分数较大的共同化学成分为β-石竹烯、(E)-β-金合欢烯;质量分数差异较大的化学成分为β-石竹烯(鲜品:49.370%,干品:76.029%)、β-月桂烯(鲜品:15.100%,干品:2.360%)、β-榄香烯(鲜品:9.847%,干品:3.095%)。结论:黔产葎草花雄花中挥发油化学成分多于雌花,鲜品多于干品。OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the volatile chemical constituents in male flower and female flower of dried and fresh Humulus scandens in Guizhou province. METHODS: The volatile constituents were extracted by head-space solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPEM), and analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Relative mass fraction was calculated with peak area normal- ization method. RESULTS: 55 volatile constituents in the fresh male flowers, 41 in the fresh female flowers, 51 in dried male flowers and 32 in dried female flowers of H. scandens were separated and identified, accounting for 96.432%, 97.034%, 95.193% and 68.896% of the total peak areas, respectively. Chemical components in both.fresh and dried flowers took up the high proportion, as β-caryophyllene, (E)-β-farnesene. There were great differences in contents of chemical components, as β-caryophyllene (fresh flower 49.370% , dried flower 76.029% ),β-myrcene (fresh flower 15.100% , dried flower 2.360% ) and β-elemene (fresh flower 9.847%, dried flower 3.095% ). CONCLUSIONS: The male flowers of H. scandens contain more volatile oil than female flower, and fresh flower contain more than dried flower.
