摘 要:贵州赤水官渡构造海相地层飞仙关组存在超高压盐水层,平均实钻钻井液密度在2.80 g/cm3以上,同时飞仙关组地层承压能力较低,易破碎,易导致漏失发生.但在超高密度条件下进行堵漏施工难度极大,需要解决堵漏浆的可泵性和封堵性等综合难题.根据地层特点,通过优选对钻井液流变性能影响小的刚性和纤维堵漏材料进行粒度级配,选用合理的配制堵漏浆的基浆密度和搅拌时间,研究了一套超高密度钻井液堵漏配方,堵漏钻井液密度高达2.72g/cm3,总体固相含量在55%以上,可封堵宽度为2~6 mm的地层裂缝,承压能力均超过6 MPa.经过现场试验,在官深1井成功配制出密度达2.72 g/cm3的堵漏浆,其总体固相含量达到56%,并在飞仙关组二段取得一次性堵漏成功, 为以后超高压堵漏施工提供了经验借鉴.Ultra-high pressure saltwater zones were encountered in the marine facies Feixianguan Formation of Guandu Structure in Chishui, Guizhou, necessitating a mud density of over 2.8 g/cm3 for safe drilling. The Feixianguan Formation, on the other hand, has fractured zones that have low pressure bearing, making it easy to cause mud loss when drilling with high density mud. Mud loss prevention at high mud density is very difficult in field operation because of the pumping of LCM slurry and the sealing and plugging of the thief zones. A rigid particle and a fiber LCM, which have minimal effect on mud rheology, were chosen for the LCM slurry formulation by carefully sizing these materials. The LCM slurry formulated has a density of 2.72 g/cm3, a total solids content of greater than 55%, and van be used to seal fracture sizes of 2-6 mm in width. Formations treated with this LCM slurry have pressure bearing of greater than 6 MPa. This LCM slurry was successfully used to control mud losses in the Member 2 of the Feixianguan Formation, paving the way for mud loss control in ultra-high formation pressure drilling.
