摘 要:制造业信息化是提升企业核心竞争力的关键因素,而ERP系统在制造业信息化中发挥着重要作用。鉴于目前ERP系统在动态环境下缺乏柔性等问题,建立通用的动态的企业过程模型将成为系统开发的基础。针对制造业过程多层次复杂性等特点,本文基于面向对象Petri网及CIM-OSA的思想对其动态过程进行建模,这不仅为软件设计及开发方法提供了一种新思路,同时对支持柔性ERP的快速开发及重构具有重要的现实意义。Manufacturing information is a key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and ERP systems play a major role in the manufacturing information. Given the ERP lacks flexibility and has other issues in dynamic environment, the establishment of common and dynamic enterprise process model becomes the basis for system development. Therefore, with the features of the manufacturing process, such as multi-level and complex feature, this paper established the models for the dynamic process based on the ideas of the object-oriented Petri nets and CIM-OSA. It not only provides a new way for the software design and development methods, meanwhile it has important practical significance for supporting the rapid development and reconstruction of flexible ERP.
