摘　　要：绩效评价是实施绿色供应链管理的重要途径。针对连锁超市绿色供应链的结构特点,首先构建以财务状况、顾客服务、成本费用、业务流程、信息共享、可持续发展、环境绩效为指标的绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系,进而利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法中的C2R模型和C2GS2模型对其进行初步评价。最后,运用实例验证该方法的有效性和正确性。Performance evaluation is an important way to implement green supply chain management. Aiming at the structural characteristics of the supermarket green supply chain, this paper first establishes the performance evaluation index system of the green supply chain in financial conditions, customer service, cost, business processes, information sharing, sustainable development, environmental performance. Then we use the C2R and C2GS2 model of data envelopment analysis （DEA） method to make a comparative analysis. Finally, the effectiveness and correction of the method are verified by an practical case.
