摘　　要：在电子工艺实习中引入PCB设计与制作环节,结合具体的电子产品,由实习学生根据提供的元器件清单来设计电路原理图、PCB图,然后运用多种制板方法制作电路板,并完成阻焊工艺,焊接调试组装产品,提高了学生的学习兴趣和知识面,培养了学生的实践能力。Electronic process practice of introducing PCB design and production process, combined with the electronic product specif- ic, the student according to the list of components to design the circuit diagram, PCB diagram, and then use the methods of plate mak- ing circuit board, and complete the text resistance welding process, welding and debugging assembly products, improve the learning in- terest and knowledge of students the cultivation of students＂ practical ability.
