摘 要:目的研究糖尿病患者发生医院感染病原菌分布及发生感染的危险因素,为临床资料提供参考依据。方法选取2010年2月-2013年2月医院就诊的糖尿病患者836例,调查其发生感染疾病的类型、部位分布,记录患者的性别、年龄、病程、是否有合并症、侵入性操作、免疫抑制剂的应用以及抗菌药物的应用等,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件分析。结果糖尿病患者发生感染68例感染率8.13%;其中感染部位以呼吸系统、消化系统感染为主,分别占27.94%、25.00%,共分离培养出病原菌77株,革兰阳性菌27株占35.06%,革兰阴性菌38株占49.35%,真菌12株占15.59%。结论糖尿病患者医院感染的发生率高,临床在治疗时应从医院感染发生的危险因素着手,预防糖尿病患者医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To study the incidence and risk factors of hospital infections for patients with diabetes so as to provide reference for clinical data. METHODS A total of 836 cases of diabetes patients admitted during Feb. 2010 to Feb. 2013 were chosen, and the types and onset sites of infectious diseases were investigated, patients genders, age, disease course, comorbidities, invasive operation, immune inhibitors and antibiotic application were recorded. Data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. RESULTS The occurrence rate of hospital infection for patients with diabetes was 8.13%. Respiratory and digestive systems were the main infected sites, accounting for 27.94M and 25%. A total of 77 pathogens were isolated, among which, 27 strains of gram-positive bacteria accounted for 35.06 %, 38 strains of gram-negative bacteria accounted for 49.35 %, 12 strains of fungi accounted for 15.59 %. CONCLUSION The incidence of hospital infection in patients with diabetes was high, medical staff should prevent the occurrence of infections for patients with diabetes based on the risk factors of hospital infections.
