摘　　要：以科技型人才聚集效应为出发点,基于知识的层次维度,将供应链知识共享划分为个人知识共享、个人与组织间的知识共享和供应链的知识共享三个层次,通过重点分析三个层次中具体的知识共享模式以及科技型人才聚集效应的影响,分别构建了科技型人才聚集效应下供应链知识共享的模型,并说明了科技型人才聚集效应对供应链三个层次的知识共享有不同程度的影响,为科学地利用科技型人才聚集效应实现有效的供应链知识共享提供了一定的理论指导。In this paper, we divided the sharing of supply chain knowledge into three levels, which were the inter-personal sharing, the sharing between persons and organizations and the sharing within supply chains, established the supply chain knowledge sharing model considering the agglomeration of scientific talents to illustrate the influence of the talent agglomeration on the two levels of knowledge sharing.
