摘 要:为了解决冲积平原区枯水季节水资源的不足,需要在对研究区开展综合水文地质勘查的基础上,针对地下截潜自流引水工程方案的可行性进行系列问题的论证。本文以广阔渠截潜自流引水工程为例,在查明和分析研究区地质环境条件的基础上,对研究区枯水期地下水资源量进行了评价,即分别采用不同方法对研究区枯水期地下水资源的储存量、补给量和可供自流开发利用的地下水径流量进行了计算,并对截潜自流引水工程运行过程中可能产生的环境地质问题进行了预测评估。结果表明:研究区枯水期地下水储存资源较丰富,但补给量和可供自流开发利用的地下水径流量较小,分别为0.527m3/s和0.449m3/s,远不能满足规划用水1.0~1.5m3/s的要求,说明在本区采用截潜自流引水方案是不适宜的,并建议采用直接导引储存汝河汛期水的方案。During the low-flow period,the water resources in alluvial plain areas usually are deficient.In order to solve this problem,utilizing the abundant groundwater resource by intercepting underflow and artesian diversion is one of the feasible engineering measures.The feasibility of this project demands demonstration of series of problems based on comprehensive hydrogeological investigation.On the basis of evaluation on the groundwater resources during the low-flow period,this paper predicts and evaluates the environmental geological problems appearing during the project operation.The paper takes Guangkuo Channel intercepting underflow and diversion project as an example to calculate the storage capacity,recharge rate and natural flow of the groundwater during the low-flow period.The result shows that the groundwater resources are abundant,but the recharge volume and the underground runoff volume that can be developed and utilized are small,only 0.527m3/s and 0.449m3/s respectively,far from being enough to meet the planned demand of 1~1.5m3/s,which indicates that it is not suitable to adopt the intercepting underflow and artesian diversion scheme in this area.Instead,the suggested solution is to divide and store the water of Ru River during the flood period.
