摘 要:为客观评价铁路工务系统安全状况,应用多目标决策-理想点法的原理,结合影响铁路工务安全的主要指标,建立了评价模型,利用模型方程计算了代表铁路工务安全优劣的欧式距离,并进行了欧式距离大小比较。6个车间安全顺序从优到差依次为:车间4>车间3>车间5>车间6>车间1>车间2,与模糊评价技术的评价结果完全相同;在设定的安全等级的欧式距离范围内,划分6个车间安全等级分别为:车间4、车间3安全级别属良好,车间5、车间6、车间1、车间2安全级别属中等。结果表明,理想点法不仅能够有效地对铁路工务安全状况进行排序,而且能够根据安全要求对安全状况划分等级,对铁路工务安全风险状况进行综合评价具有一定可行性。Abatract:To evaluate the maintenance system of railway safety status,the principle of multiple-goal decision-making idealized pattern is used,combined with the main index influencing the railway safety,an evaluation model is established,and the Euclidean distance represulting the railway safety quality is calculated by using the model equations.The results show that the safety order of 6workshops is workshop 4> workshop 3> workshop 5> workshop 6> workshop 1>workshop 2,the result is identical with the fuzzy appraisal technology.According to the range of dxx0 of the security level set,6workshop safety levels divided into respectively,the security level workshop3 and workshop 4is good,the level of workshop5,the workshop 6,workshop 1and workshop 2is medium.The results also show that the ideal point method can not only effectively sort the railway safety condition,and classify the safety status grade according to the safety requirements.The multiple-goal decision-making idealized pattern has certain feasibility for a comprehensive assessment of railway safety risk status
