摘　　要：目的掌握沂源县视力低下状况,为制定切实有效的预防保健措施提供科学依据。方法采用符合国家标准的对数视力表灯箱,按照《全国学生体质健康调研实施方案》和《检测细则》的要求,检测学生裸眼视力。以单眼或双眼低于5.0为视力低下,并按照轻度、中度、重度视力低下进行统计。结果调查学生41 599人,视力低下22 805人,视力低下率为54.82%。不同学段学生视力低下率小学生为33.46%,初中生为68.66%,高中生为79.59%(P<0.01)。结论沂源县中小学生的视力低下情况较为严重,建立切实有效的综合防治干预模式势在必行。Objective To investigate the situation of eyesight dysfunction in Yiyuan county,so as to provide scientific basis for making disease control and prevention measures. Methods Examinations were made on the students＇ uncorrected visual acuity by standard logarithmic visual acuity chart light box according to the National Students Constitution Survey Implementation Program and its corresponding rules.Monocular or binocular vision below 5.0was considered eyesight dysfunction,and statistics were analyzed by classifying the students＇ eyesight as slight,moderate and severe groups. Results Eyesight tests were performed among 41,599 students,of whom 22,805 students had poor eyesight,accounting for54.82%.The percentages in different stages were as follows：33.46% among primary students,68.66% among junior high school students and 79.59% among senior high school students.The differences were statistically significant（P 0.01）. Conclusion The conditions of low vision among primary and high school students are serious.Effective comprehensive and preventive measures should be taken from now on.
