摘　　要：中医药治疗乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐，以益气健脾、疏肝解郁、调和脾胃、扶正祛邪、补气降逆为治疗乳癌化疗呕吐的主要原则，应用中药、针灸、中成药等多种手段，疗效显著。Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy of breast cancer to replenishing qi spleen and ＂shugan decoction＂ XieYu, harmonic spleen and stomach, invigorating qi inverse main principles for the treatment of breast caneer chemotherapy vomiting, application, a variety of means such as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, the curative effect is distinct.
