摘  要:微博、微信等众多新兴社交媒体的不断涌现并以其爆发性的使用增长趋势强力推动着"微时代"的快速到来。立德树人是微时代高校德育工作的根本任务。微时代高校德育工作的基本特点是危伟并存,既给高校德育工作带来深刻挑战,也带来良好的发展机遇。要做好微时代高校德育工作,必须正视微媒介,树立微观念;必须应对微挑战,融入微生活;必须构建微体系,汇聚微力量。With the development of Micro-blog, Micro message, other new social media and the number of users are increasing explosively, which pushing the coming of "The Micro Era". Morality education is the fundamental task in the college education in the micro era, which is decided by the nature of the educational and social mission. The basic characteristics of the micro era in moral education in Colleges and universities are both dangerous and great, which brings profound challenge, but also bring good opportunities for good development. In order to do a good job of moral education in micro era, we must face the micro media, and set up the micro-concept. We must deal with the micro challenges, integrating into the micro-life, building micro-system and converging micro-power.
