摘　　要：在全球化时代,文化多样性的治理已成为世界各国教育政策的热点议题,但有关教育政策理念的系统研究在我国至今较为薄弱。在文化多样性的北美,20世纪60年代以来不断关注该议题,至今形成了旨在培养文化多样性的三种教育模式,即文化互动教育模式、多元文化教育模式和反种族主义教育模式。三种模式都聚焦文化多样性,但各有侧重和历史贡献,值得我国酌情借鉴。其中,反种族主义模式最富有系统性和批判性,但较为激进,多元文化模式所产生的国际影响和目前遭遇的争议较大,文化互动模式则为联合国教科文组织等国际组织所倡导,也较为符合我国的历史传统和教育实际需要。In the era of globalization, recognition and respecting cultural diversity has become the basis and prerequisites for international exchanges and cooperation. As an important means of cultural inheriting, education is charged with the mission to promote cultural diversity. The western scholars have achieved fruitful research resuits on the issues of cultural diversity in education. This paper elaborates three foreign education models for developing cuhural diversity （i.e. cuhural interaction mode of education, muhicultural education mode, anti-racism education model）. Based on the discussion of the three modes, this paper identifies that the cultural interaction mode of education is more relevant to our country＇s situation.
