服务学习理论视域下大学生志愿精神培育策略探析

摘　　要："服务学习"是一种新型的将志愿服务整合到大学德育中的创新模式,与大学生志愿精神培育之间有着良好的契合点。针对当前中国大学生志愿精神培育过程中存在认知、参与和保障方面的问题,将"服务学习"理念和模式运用于大学生志愿精神培养具有重要意义。新时期借鉴服务学习理念和模式培育大学生志愿精神,必须坚持以学生为本的利他互惠理念、遵循专业发展的服务导向、构建服务推进的保障平台、建立健全志愿服务激励机制。＂Service learrting＂ is an innovation mode of which volunteer service integrated into the univer sity moral education, and have a harmonious conjunction with college students volunteer spirit cultiva tion. In view of the cognitive, participation and security problems existing in the process of current col lege students＂ volunteer spirit cultivation, the application of service learning concept and mode to college students＂ volunteer spirit cultivation will have a great significance. So we must adhere altruism mutual benefit concept based on student centered conception, ice oriented. And we must build a guarantee platform prove the incentive mechanism of voluntary service. and follow the professional development of serv of services advance as well as establish and improve the incentive mechanism of voluntary service.
