摘　　要：目的 探讨外伤性白内障晶状体不全脱位时,采用单襻缝合固定可折叠人工晶状体悬吊术的效果.方法 前瞻性病例对照研究.对40例（40眼）外伤性白内障晶状体不全脱位范围180°～240°者,随机分为两组：试验组20例行单襻缝合固定可折叠人工晶状体悬吊术,对照组20例行常规人工晶体悬吊术,术后1d、7d、1月、3月观察裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、角膜散光、眼压、并发症等情况,并进行统计学分析.结果 试验组与对照组间术后各时期裸眼视力比较及术后1d最佳矫正视力比较,差异有统计学意义,试验组优于对照组,两组间术后7d、1月、3月最佳矫正视力比较,差异无统计学意义.两组间术后各时期角膜散光及术后1d眼压比较,差异有统计学意义,试验组优于对照组,两组间术后7d、1月、3月眼压比较,差异无统计学意义.试验组角膜水肿、玻璃体出血浑浊并发症的出现少于对照组.结论 单襻缝合固定可折叠人工晶状体悬吊术是一种安全有效的手术方法.Objective To observe efficacy of foldable IOL suspension surgery with one loop suturing for traumatic cataract with subluxation of lens.Methods Prospective case-control study.Forty eyes of 40 cases of traumatic cataract with lens subluxation were randomly divided into two groups：control group （20 eyes of 20cases） and trial group（20 eyes of 20cases）.The trial group was given foldable IOL suspension surgery with one loop suturing.The control group was given routine IOL suspension surgery.The uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,intraocular pressure and complications on the first day,seventh day,first month,third month after the surgerywere observed and analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity after surgery and in best corrected visual acuity on the first day after surgery between two groups.The uncorrected and best corrected visual acuity of trial group was better than control group.Corneal astigmatism at any time after surgery and intraocular pressure on the first day after surgery of the trial group were better than control group.There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure on the seventh day,the first month and the third month after surgery between two groups.The complications such as corneal edema,vitreous bleeding in trial group were less than control group.Conclusion The foldable IOL suspension surgery with one loop suturing is an effective and safe surgical method.
