摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达及其临床意义。方法选取79例NSCLC肿瘤组织标本,构建组织芯片,采用免疫组化S-P法对COX-2表达情况进行检测。结果COX-2在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率为41.77%,其表达与肿瘤分期有关(χ2=9.912,P=0.019),且表达强度与肿瘤分期呈正相关关系(r=0.483,P=0.036)。结论 COX-2在NSCLC组织中的表达与肿瘤分期关系密切,其检测对NSCLC的预后、病情判断有一定价值。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of cyclooxygenase-2（ COX-2） in the nonsmall cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods The expressions of COX-2 were detected by tissue chip and immunohistochemical methods in the 79 patients with NSCLC. Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 in the NSCLC was 41. 77%,the expressions were related with the clinical stage（ χ2= 9. 912,P = 0. 019）,and the positive expression intensity had the positive correlation with the clinical stage（ r = 0. 483,P = 0. 036）. Conclusion The expressions of COX-2 in the NSCLC are positively related with the clinical stage,its expression detection can be used to evaluate the prognosis and pathogenetic condition of patients with NSCLC.
