局部喷洒力尔凡对胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后T细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨局部喷洒力尔凡对胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后T细胞的影响。方法 120例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,对照组60例行常规手术;治疗组60例行常规手术后,吻合口及周围喷洒力尔凡溶液,采用流式细胞术对手术前后不同时间段外周血T细胞亚群进行检测。结果治疗组术后7 d外周血T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+)较对照组明显升高,CD8+T细胞明显降低(P<0.05)。结论局部喷洒力尔凡能有效提高胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后免疫功能。Objective To explore the influence of topical spraying of lifein on T cells of gastrointestinal cancer after operation. Methods All the 120 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into two groups. Sixty patients in the control group received the routine operation,the other 60 patients in the treatment group were sprayed lifein in the stoma after operation,and the flow cytometry was used to detect the peripheral blood T cell subsets before and after operation. Results At 7 days after operation,the postoperative peripheral blood T cell subsets（ CD3＋,CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋） in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,but the CD8＋T cells were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Topical spraying of lifein can effectively enhance the immune function of gastrointestinal cancer after operation.
