经直肠超声引导下前列腺多点穿刺活检在前列腺疾病诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的评价经直肠超声引导下前列腺多点穿刺活检在前列腺疾病诊断中的价值。方法分析74例疑为前列腺癌患者前列腺结节声像图特点,而后经直肠超声引导下行前列腺穿刺活检。结果 74例患者中,前列腺癌49例,前列腺肉瘤1例,前列腺增生22例,前列腺增生伴上皮肉瘤2例。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检是前列腺疾病诊断的安全可靠的方法,有助于早期前列腺癌的诊断。Objective To evaluate the value of the prostate multiphase biopsy guided by transcrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate disease. Methods The sonographic characteristics of prostate nodules of 74 patients with suspected prostate cancer were analyzed,and the prostate gland multiphase biopsy guided by transcrectal ultrasound were did. Results Of all the patients,49 patients were diagnosed with prostate cancer,1 patients with prostatic sarcoma,22 patients with benign hyperplasia,2 patients with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia. Conclusion The prostate multiphase biopsy guided by transcrectal ultrasound is safe and reliable in the diagnosis of the prostate disease,and is helpful for the diagnosis of early prostate cancer.
