摘　　要：企业技术创新由于受众多内外部不确定性因素的影响,因此失败客观存在,但其归根到底还是由人的决策和操作失误在技术创新系统中不断传递和扩散造成的。基于消错理论和一般系统结构理论,首先对企业技术创新人因错误传递的错误源、错误流和错误载体等关键因素进行分析;然后提出错误进化、错误集聚和错误繁殖三种错误传递基本模型;最后,以可口可乐公司的新可乐创新失败为例,分析由于错误不断进化而导致创新失败的过程。Due to many external uncertainty factors, the failure of technological innovation is an objective reality, but the spread of the decision- making and operational errors in the enterprise technological innovation is the root cause of the failure. Based on the error - eliminating theory and the structural theory of general systems, the paper firstly analyzes the key elements including error source, error flow and error carrier in the process on human error propagation in the enterprise technological innovation system, and then studies three basic models on error propagation, which are error evolution model, error gathering model and error multiplication model. Finally, we take the New Cola innovation failure of Coca - Cola Company as a case, and analyze the error evolution process which causes the innovation failure.
