摘 要:研究了氟环唑在空气中、水中及土壤表面的挥发特性,为该药的环境风险提供数据支持。采用室内模拟的试验方法研究氟环唑的挥发性,通过高效液相色谱法测定氟环唑的挥发率,评价氟环唑的挥发性。结果表明:在(25±1)℃,气体流速为500 mL/min的条件下,氟环唑在空气中、水中及土壤表面的挥发率分别为<0.11%、<0.07%、<0.10%。挥发试验的平均回收率分别为96.2%、99.5%、92.5%,满足回收率试验不低于70%的试验有效性要求。氟环唑在空气中、水中及其土壤表面的挥发率均<0.11%,表明氟环唑在空气中、水中及土壤表面均为难挥发,挥发等级均为Ⅳ级。In order to provide data support for the environmental risk of epoxiconazole, the volatilizations in the air, water and soil surface were studied by indoor simulation method. The evaporation rates were measured to evaluate the volatility of epoxiconazole by HPLC. With the gas flow of 500 mL/min, temperature of (25±1)℃, the volatility rates of epoxiconazole in the air, water and soil surface were below 0.11%, 0.07%, 0.10%, respectively. And the average recoveries of the volatile test were 96.2%, 99.5%, 92.5%. All the data met the requirements of recovery test. Epoxicona-zole was difficult to volatilize in the air, water and soil surface, the grade of volatilization of epoxiconazole wasⅣ.
