摘　　要：目的探讨白血病相关蛋白16(leukemia related protein16,LRP16)基因在食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测276例ESCC组织及60例癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中LRP16蛋白的表达。结果 ESCC中LRP16蛋白阳性率(63.0%,174/276)显著高于正常食管黏膜组织(30.0%,18/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ESCC中LRP16蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度及远处转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 LRP16基因可能参与ESCC的发生、发展,在ECSS淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用。Purpose To investigate the expression of leukemia related protein 16 （LRP16） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between the expression of LRP16 and the clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of LRP16 was detected by immunohistochemical technique in 276 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their corresponding adjacent normal esoph- ageal tissues （ n = 60）. Results The positive percentage of LRP16 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 63.0% （ 174/ 276）, which was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa tissues 30.0% （ 18/60）, （P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of LRP16 was significantly related with infiltrative depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （P 〈 0. 05）, but not with the patient＇s age, gender, tumor size, differentiation grade and distant metastasis （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion LRP16 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis, development and lymphatic metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
