Cerec 3D制作的全瓷贴面在前牙修复中的美学效果

摘　　要：目的观察Cerec 3D制作的全瓷贴面修复前牙的临床效果。方法选择32例患者使用Cerec 3D共修复前牙全瓷贴面62例,所有修复体均经过上釉和外染色处理。以修复后1周复诊记录为基线,每6-12个月复查,由1位医师按照改良美国公共健康协会（USPHS）标准对修复体进行评价。结果 62例前牙修复体观察时间6-33个月,平均观察时间22个月。所有修复体的各项检查指标都达到了B类及以上,56例全瓷贴面修复体的各项指标均为A类,在观察期内未发现发生修复体脱落、破裂或继发龋。与基线对比,复查时没有发生明显的A类降为B类趋势。颜色匹配指标有6例修复体评为B类,主要表现为饱和度和半透明性上的差别。结论 Cerec全瓷贴面可以满足前牙修复美观和功能的需要,选择饱和度、半透明性正确的瓷块以及修复体适当的外染色均有助于前牙Cerec 3D全瓷贴面获得良好的美学效果。Objective To observe the short-term effects of clinical application of Cerec 3D anterior ceramic veneers in the restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 62 teeth were restored with Cerec 3D anterior ceramic veneers in32 patients. The evaluation started 1 week after luting. The veneers were examined with reference to the modified US Public Health Service（ USPHS） criteria at baseline and every 6-12 months. Results During the follow-up of 6-33months（ mean 22 months）,all veneers scored B or above,and 56 out of 62 scored A. No debonding,fracture or secondary caries were observed. Between baseline and follow-up examinations,non-significant shift from A to B occurred.Six veneers scored B because of slight difference in translucency and chroma. Conclusion Cerec 3D anterior ceramic veneers obtain a favorable clinical effects in the short term. The correct choice of the translucency and chroma of the ceramic blocks and additional staining contribute to a better esthetic result.
