摘  要:食品安全与健康公共选修课是引导学生正确认识食品安全问题,建立健康、合理的膳食结构的重要课程。根据食品安全与健康的课程性质和任务,完善课程教学内容,提出与重大食品安全事故视频相结合的实时案例教学、学生专题讲座、课堂专题讨论等多种教学手段,优化课程考核体系,在调动学生的学习积极性、提升公共选修课的教学质量等方面取得了较好效果。The public elective course of food safety and health aims to guide the students in recognizing food safety problems correctly,as well as help them to develop a healthy and proper diet structure. According to the nature and task of this course, some measures to improve the teaching content,teaching method,and evaluation system of the course are proposed in this paper. By the use of teaching methods such as case teaching combined with videos of major food safety event,lectures given by students,and special topic discussions in class,the studying enthusiasm of students and the teaching quality are all improved significantly.
