卵巢癌中HPV_(16/18)感染与ILT4表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢癌中HPV16/18感染与ILT4表达的相关性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法调查2009年8月-2013年8月共计218例患者,采用原位杂交的方法检测50例卵巢上皮良性肿瘤、58例交界性肿瘤以及60例卵巢癌患者的HPV16/18病毒及ILT4,选取正常卵巢组织患者50例为正常组;首先对比分析了正常组、卵巢上皮良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤及卵巢癌中的HPV16/18病毒感染率及ILT4水平,探讨卵巢癌中HPV16/18感染及ITL4与卵巢癌不同病理特征间的关系,对卵巢癌中的HPV16/18感染与ILT4表达之间的相关性进行分析。结果卵巢癌组中的HPV16/18感染显著高于正常对照组及卵巢上皮良性肿瘤(P<0.01),但与交界性肿瘤相比,ILT4在卵巢良性肿瘤与正常对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义,其余各种间相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌中HPV16/18感染与ILT4表达具有较好的正相关,ILT4可能协同HPV16/18参与卵巢癌的发生与发展过程之中。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the HPV16/18 infection in the ovarian cancer patients and the expression of ILT4 so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS From Aug 2009 to Aug2013,a total of 218 patients were enrolled in the study,then the HPV16 or HPV18 and the ILT4 were detected in50 patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumors,58 patients with borderline tumors,and 60 patients with ovarian tumors by using in situ hybridization method,and 50 patients were set as controls;the comparative analysis was firstly performed for the incidence of HPV16/18 infection and the level of ILT4 in the control group,benign epithelial ovarian tumors group,borderline tumors group,and ovarian tumors group,the relationship between the HPV16/18 infection as well as the ITL4 in the ovarian tumor patients and the pathological features of ovarian tumor was explored,finally,the relationship between the HPV16/18 infection in the patients with ovarian tumor and the expression of ILT4 was analyzed.RESULTS The incidence of HPV16/18 infection was significantly higher in the ovarian tumors group than in the control group and the benign epithelial ovarian tumors group（P0.01）;as compared with the borderline tumors group,the difference in the level of ILT4 between the benign epithelial ovarian tumors group and the control group was not significant,but there was significant difference between other groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The HPV16/18 infection in the ovarian tumor patients is positively correlated with the expression of ILT4,and the ILT4 may collaborate with HPV16/18 to be involved in the pathogenesis of the ovarian tumor.
