大学生水文化认同度与心理弹性、自杀意念的关系

摘　　要：目的探明大学生水文化认同度与心理弹性、自杀意念的关系,为高校心理健康教育及危机干预工作提供水文化视野。方法采用大学生水文化认同度问卷、成人心理弹性量表(RSA)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)对974名大学生进行调查。结果大学生水文化认同度问卷8个维度得分均超过理论中值3分,总分为28.52±2.73。在人口统计学变量上,女生比男生、文科学生比理工科学生、农村籍学生比城镇籍学生更认同水文化价值观,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。水文化高认同组有自杀意念者的检出率为6.08%,水文化低认同组为12.93%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.16,P<0.01)。结论大学生总体而言对水文化价值观持认同态度,但不同性别、学科、生源地学生存在差异。越认同水文化价值观的大学生个体,越具有较好的心理弹性,越不容易产生自杀意念。水文化教育对维护大学生心理健康具有重要作用。Objective To discuss and ascertain the relationship between the degree of identification with the ＂Water Culture＂ of college students and the mental elasticity and the suicidal ideation, so as to provide a perspective from water culture to the work of college mental health education and emergency intervention. Method Use water culture identification questionnaire, RSA, and SIOSS to survey 974 college students. Results The scores of eight dimensions if the college students water culture identification questionnaire all exceeded the medium number 3, and the total score was 28.52±2.73. In terms of variables of population statistics, female students, students of liberal arts divisions, and students from rural areas have a higher degree of identification with water culture than male students, students of natural science divisions, and students from urban areas respectively, and the differences in the identification degree were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Moreover, 6.08% out of the group of high identification with water culture were found out to have the suicidal ideation, while the rate of those having the same idea from the group of low identification with water culture turned out to be 12.93 %. The differences of the two in comparison were statistically significant （x^ 2 = 7.16, P 〈0.01）.Con- clusion College students in general identify with the value of water culture, yet differences in degree of identification exist among those of different sexes, academic majors, and geographic sources. The higher degree of identification with water culture one holds, the better mental elasticity one has, and the less prone one is to have the suicidal ideation. Thus the education of water culture has a significant effect on the maintenance of the mental health of college students.
