奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法将收治的372例上消化道出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组186例,观察组采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组采用单纯奥美拉唑治疗,对比2组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为99.5%,明显高于对照组(87.6%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上消化道出血应用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑进行治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of octreotide and omeprazole on upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method 372 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 186 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given octreotide and omeprazole and those in the control group were given omeprazole alone. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 99.5%, significantly higher than that of the control group （87.6%）, the difference in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of octreotide and omeprazole on upper gastrointestinal bleeding is effective and it is worthy of clinical application.
