摘　　要：高校学生政治辅导员是高等学校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。辅导员必须充分认识现阶段工作对象发生的新变化,明确工作目标及工作重点,通过新生入学教育、班级建设与管理、党、团组织建设、校园文化活动、学生日常生活管理、评先选优及资助与就业指导等工作,切实加强和改进新形势下的辅导员工作,为培养合格的社会主义建设者和可靠接班人作出应有的贡献。The ideological and political education of college students has always been the focus of higher edu-cation. The Counselor and class adviser are the main farce of engaging in moral education and idological and political education of college students, as well as the directors to the health growth of college students. The counselors need to have a reasanable understanding of their students in new period, and have an aimed tanget of their wook strengthening the pertinence and effect, in order to make due contribution to train qualified so-cialist builders and successors.
