摘　　要：供应链管理是企业提高自身竞争能力和管理绩效的重要手段,而作为供应链管理重要组成部分的物流管理是企业必须重视的内容。首先对供应链及其物流管理模式在我国开展的状况及存在问题进行了阐述,并在此基础上对供应链环境下企业物流管理模式的创新进行了分析,最后进一步分析其保障措施。In this paper, we introduced the current status of supply chain and its logistics management mode in China as well as the existing problems, on the basis of which we analyzed the innovation of the enterprise logistics management mode within the supply chain environment. At the end, we analyzed the supportive measures for its development.
