摘　　要：指出物流资源管理策略直接影响着中小物流企业的管理效果及企业发展进程,分析了当前国内物流资源管理现状,归纳了中小物流企业的物流资源管理策略存在的诸多问题,论述了新形势下优化物流资源管理策略可以使中小企业取得更多的发展空间,最后有针对性地提出中小物流企业优化物流资源管理的策略。In this paper, we pointed out that the logistics resource management strategy directly influenced the effect of the management of the SMS logistics enterprises and their development process,then argued that optimizing the logistics resource management strategy under the new situation could provide more room of development for the SMS logistics enterprises, and at the end, proposed corresponding the strategy for the optimization of the logistics resource management of these enterprises.
