摘　　要：主要研究了面向大规模定制生产方式的供应链协同问题,在建立协同运作模型的基础上,分别研究了约定价格的协同机制和以收益共享契约为基础的协同机制,得出如下结论:收益共享契约协同将优于约定价格进行协同的契约。In this paper, we mainly studied the coordination of the supply chains oriented toward mass customization, the on the basis of the model established, studied respectively the collaboration mechanism based on price contract and revenue sharing contract, and reached the conclusion that the latter was better than the former.
