肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT和MRI影像学特征

摘　　要：目的 探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤CT和MRI影像学特征及鉴别诊断。方法 回顾性分析经手术后病理证实的5例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤病例的CT、MRI影像学和病理学资料。结果 所有病例均为单发,其中右侧3例,左侧2例,瘤体直径3.0-11.1 cm。在CT、MRI图像上,肿瘤表现为边界清晰的类圆形肿块,病灶内含脂肪成分和软组织成分,以脂肪成分为主。增强后软组织成分轻度到中度强化,脂肪成分无强化。结论 肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤具有特征性的CT和MRI表现,一般术前可作出诊断。Objective To study radiological features of CT and MRI in adrenal myelolipoma and differential diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the CT and MRI features as well as pathological data in 5 cases of adrenal myelolipoma confirmed by surgical pathology. Results All cases appeared to be solitary, 3 cases on the right and 2 cases on the left. The sizes of the tumors were from 3.0 cm to 11.1 cm. From the CT and MRI scan, it could be seen that tumor boundaries were clear and typological, foci were chiefly fat components and soft tissues, with fat components dominated. After enhancement, soft tissue components were enhanced mildly or moderately, but no enhancement could be noted in fat components. Conclusion Adrenal myelolipoma displayed adiological features from CT and MRI scan, for this reason, diagnosis could be reached before surgery.
