摘 要:以某高能量密度湿式离合器摩擦片为研究对象,对摩擦片的渐开线花键进行热负荷研究。基于ANSYS多物理场建立摩擦片接合过程的三维瞬态热-结构耦合模型,综合考虑螺旋径向复合油槽的影响,分析摩擦片内花键瞬态热应力和热变形。通过分析得出:接合过程中内花键齿部出现了较大的温度梯度,在齿根处出现明显的热应力集中,因而对处于复杂工况的花键的连接可靠性有较大影响;齿部的热变形量随油槽分布位置的不同出现了较大的差异,而热变形的差异性会导致齿部载荷不均匀,在受到冲击载荷时易造成断齿失效。By taking a friction disk of high energy density wet clutch as research object,the thermal load on the friction disk’s involute spline was studied. Based on ANSYS mult-physics fields,a three-dimensional transient thermal-structural coupling model was established in friction disk engagement process. By considering the impacts of composite oil grooves in spiral radial direction,the transient thermal stress and deformation of the internal spline were analyzed. The results show that the large temperature gradient is occurred in internal spline tooth portion in the engagement process,and thermal stress is significantly concentrated at the root of the tooth,which affect the engagement reliability of spline greatly under complicated working conditions. The thermal deformation in the tooth portion is varied greatly along with different positions in oil grooves,which causes the uneven load in tooth portion and the tooth fracture failure under impacting load.
