摘　　要：探讨上浆率与浆液黏度、含固量、压浆力、浆纱速度、纱线线密度、覆盖系数等因素间的关系。通过对收集的大量生产数据进行组合、分析、对比,分析了各因素对上浆率的影响,建立了相应的回归方程。指出:在一定范围内,浆纱速度、黏度、含固量与上浆率呈正相关性;纱线线密度、覆盖系数、压浆力与上浆率呈负相关性。认为:上浆率与相关因素间存在相关性,在生产条件相对固定的情况下可以建立起相应的回归方程,并可以此为参考确定相关浆纱工艺参数,进而达到提高浆纱一次成功率的目的,帮助企业适应市场形势。Correlation among sizing percentage and sizing viscosity, solid content, squeezing force, sizing speed, yarn linear density, sizing covering coefficient was discussed. Production data were collected and contrasted, effect of each factor on sizing percentage was analyzed, corresponding regression equations were established. It is pointed out that in certain range, correlation of sizing percentage to sizing speed, viscosity, solid content is positive, correlation of sizing percentage to yarn linear density, covering coefficient, squeezing force is negative. It is considered when production condition is relatively fixed, regression equations of sizing percentage and related factors can be established, then related sizing parameter can be selected, aims of increasing sizing one-time successful rate and helping enterprise adapting market situation can be reached.
