摘 要:选取从不同国家进口、不同牌号和不同用途的10批工业级润滑油及5批食品级润滑油,对其汞含量、多种金属及非金属元素、芳香族化合物、挥发性物质(VOC)等分别进行了检测。检测结果发现,食品级润滑油中基本不含有有害元素汞;食品级润滑油中21种被检测的金属及非金属元素含量均很低或未检出,部分食品级润滑油中磷含量达到10 mg/kg,但仍远低于工业级润滑油;食品级润滑油中均未检出单环、双环或多环芳香族化合物;食品级润滑油的挥发物中也基本不含有芳香类化合物。在对比研究的基础上,分析了目前我国针对食品级润滑油检验监管政策的不足,并提出了相关建议。10 batches of industrial lubricating oils and 5 batches food-grade lubricating oils imported from different countries with various grades and application were selected, and the mercury content, varied metal and non-metal elements, aromatic compounds, volatile substances were inspected, respectively. The testing results indicated that the food-grade lubricating oils do not contain harmful element mercury; the contents of 21 metal and non-metal elements which were tested were all trace amounts or not detected in food-grade lubricating oils, while a part of food-grade lubricating oils contain 10 mg/kg of phosphorus which was still lower than industrial lubricating oils; single, di, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were all not detected in food-grade lubricating oils; Aromatic compounds were also not found in volatile substances of food-grade lubricating oils. Based on the comparative study, the deficiency of inspection and supervision strategies was analyzed, and some relating advices were proposed.
