摘 要:采用单因素试验方法,以多糖提取率为评价指标,分别考察液固比、浸提温度、浸提时间、醇沉比和浸提次数对香菇废菌棒多糖产量的影响,优选香菇废菌棒多糖的最佳热水提取工艺。试验结果表明,热水法提取香菇废菌棒多糖的最佳工艺条件为:液固比40∶1,浸提温度90℃,时间6h,醇沉比3∶1,提取3次。在该工艺下,提取的多糖含量为16.67mg/g。The single factor experiment design was adopted to study the effects of liquid-solid ratio , extraction temperature, extraction time, alcohol precipitation ratio and extraction numbers on the production of polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes waste substrate. The polysaccharide yield was used as the evaluation index to optimize the hot-water extraction process of the polysaccharide in Lentinus edodes Waste Substrate. The results indicated that the best hot-water extraction conditions were as follows:liquid to solid ratio 40 ∶ 1, extraction temperature 92℃, extraction time 6 h, alcohol precipitation ratio of 3∶1 and extraction three times. The yield of the polysaccharides of Lentinus edodes Waste Substrate was 16.67 mg/g under above conditions.
