摘 要:目的:探讨科学合理的院前急救培训模式,以提高院前急救人员的能力水平。方法:首先确立院前急救培训的目标,设置院前急救培训课程;编写院前急救培训教材和制定培训方案,并对院前急救人员的现状进行分析,采取理论+技能演示、理论+技能演示+视频教学2种培训方法,构建院前急救培训模式。将网络内三甲医院的400名医务人员随机分为实验组和对照组各200名,理论+技能演示+视频教学方式的培训。比较两种培训方法培训前后两组成绩。结果:培训后两组的院前急救基础理论和规范化的操作技能成绩均较培训前明显提高;但理论+技能演示+视频教学培训方式的学员成绩明显高于理论+技能演示培训方式。结论:理论+技能演示+视频教学是一种提高院前急救水平的科学合理有效培训模式。Objective :To explore the scientific and reasonable model of pre-hospital first aid training and to improve the level of pre-hospital emergency personnel's ability, nothods: Establishing pre-hospital first aid training goal, courses, materials and making training plan based on the status of pre-hospital rescuers. 400 medical personnel from top three hospitals within the network were randomly divided into control group(n=-200) and experimental group (n=-200) trained by theory + skill demonstration and theory + skill + video demonstration respectively. The results of examinations of theory and operation skills were compared before and after the training between the two groups. Results: Compared with before training, although the results of examinations of theory and operation skills were significantly higher after training in the two groups, but in the experimental group was better than in the control group, all P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: Theory + skills + video demonstration teaching is a scientific, reasonable and effective training model to improve the level of pre-hospital emergency medical first aid.
